A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a QA Compliance Supervisor to oversee complaints, investigations, compliance activities, and quality systems within a regulated production environment.
This role is ideal for a quality professional who enjoys driving investigations, partnering with operations, and leading compliance initiatives that directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Complaints & Investigations
- Oversee customer complaint investigations and resolution activities
- Review, trend, and analyze complaint data to identify recurring issues
- Partner with cross-functional teams to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
- Support product-related investigations and quality event management
Quality Systems & Compliance
- Lead and support deviations, non-conformances, CAPAs, and change controls
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and internal quality requirements
- Monitor quality system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely closure and effectiveness of investigations and CAPAs
Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise quality compliance activities and support development of team members
- Provide guidance to manufacturing, laboratory, and operational teams on compliance expectations
- Maintain a strong quality presence throughout site operations
- Support training and quality awareness initiatives across the organization
Audits & Inspection Readiness
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
- Assist with audit responses and corrective action implementation
- Maintain documentation and records in an inspection-ready state
- Participate in compliance assessments and risk management activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Laboratory, and Supply Chain teams
- Support complaint-related product investigations and risk assessments
- Assist with quality metric reporting and trend analysis
- Contribute to quality and operational excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- BS degree in a scientific, technical, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting complaints, investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and quality systems
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated industries and cGMP requirements
- Strong communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
