About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Services Procurement Manager to lead major strategic projects and drive procurement excellence across global and regional teams. This role plays a key part in supporting Supply Services categories-including Facilities, MRO, Capital, Manufacturing, and R&D supplies-while ensuring alignment with global procurement governance and business priorities.

You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, lead global sourcing initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and deliver measurable value through savings, simplification, and category strategy development.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement Leadership

  • Manage and implement strategic plans for major projects within Supply Services.
  • Adhere to Global Procurement governance (GPPM) and follow the CRMC process.
  • Build strong partnerships with category stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership when required.
  • Support global and regional procurement initiatives aligned to annual goals.

Sourcing & Contract Management

  • Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects, including RFPs, RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Manage global contract negotiations and ensure all contracts are uploaded to Ariba.
  • Support both Tactical and Strategic sourcing efforts.
  • Prepare specifications, issue bid requests, and review supplier quotations.
  • Contribute data insights to Capital Strategy development and global implementation.

Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain professional vendor relationships and support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programmes.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for essential suppliers.
  • Engage actively with global procurement networks and corporate stakeholders.

Data, Analytics & Digital Transformation

  • Conduct spend analysis by category, region, and supplier to inform strategy.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives within Global Procurement.
  • Track and report KPIs to the Global E2E Services & Supply Manager.
  • Contribute to process improvements such as vendor creation and payment enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong project management skills, particularly in Capital Management and Real Estate procurement.
  • Business analysis capability, using data and digital tools to support decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset with understanding of total value vs. cost saving.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and cross‑regionally.
  • Prior experience in procurement within FMCG.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft and Google productivity tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, or material handling equipment
  • Experience negotiating capital equipment contracts
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance productivity
