Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive adoption of advanced genetic testing solutions within fertility clinics, IVF centers, and reproductive medicine practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding strategic partnerships, increasing provider engagement, and improving patient access to innovative reproductive health technologies.
This role requires strong scientific communication skills, the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals, and a solid understanding of the fertility treatment landscape. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of genetics, reproductive medicine, and patient care while supporting commercial growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists (REIs), IVF centers, and related healthcare organizations.
- Conduct scientific presentations and educational meetings with medical professionals.
- Educate healthcare providers on the clinical applications and benefits of genetic testing solutions.
- Partner with clinic staff to integrate testing services into existing patient workflows.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and business development through contract negotiation and implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, embryologists, clinic administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with partner sites to support patient onboarding and operational implementation.
- Provide ongoing account support and address technical, procedural, or operational questions.
- Partner with clinical and patient support teams to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Track account performance metrics and identify opportunities to expand utilization within existing customers.
- Stay informed on fertility industry trends, reproductive medicine advancements, and competitive market dynamics.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to genetic testing and reproductive health.
- Attend industry conferences, medical meetings, and networking events to support business development efforts.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to internal stakeholders regarding product enhancements and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of successful healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or fertility sales experience.
- Experience selling into fertility clinics, IVF centers, women's health practices, or related specialty care settings preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of quota attainment and consistent commercial success.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Prior leadership or team management experience is a plus.

- Excellent scientific communication skills with the ability to explain complex clinical and genetic concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Strong presentation, education, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies and strategic account management.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
- Highly organized with strong territory management and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to build credibility with clinical, scientific, and administrative stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling genetic testing, molecular diagnostics, reproductive health, women's health, laboratory services, or other healthcare solutions.
- Familiarity with fertility treatment workflows and the reproductive medicine ecosystem.
- Established relationships within fertility clinics, IVF networks, or reproductive endocrinology practices are highly desirable.
