Responsibilities:
* Develop deep expertise in the NASH disease state, associated therapies, and the organization's broader commercialization strategy.
* Lead the administration, negotiation, execution, and performance management of IDN contracts while ensuring strong partnerships with key health system customers.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-focused activities, including onsite business meetings and participation in major access and distribution conferences.
* Partner closely with field access, sales, medical, analytics, and commercial teams to share insights, manage escalations, and support cross‑functional initiatives.
* Build strategic business plans and SMART objectives aligned with market access priorities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
* Evaluate existing IDN channel opportunities and support initiatives that strengthen distribution models and optimize performance.
* Communicate key contract and IDN insights across internal teams to drive alignment and measurable outcomes.
* Support change management and KPI-driven decision-making through collaboration with analytics and patient support teams.
Preferred Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in the biopharma industry with progressive, customer-facing responsibilities.
* 10+ years in Trade or Patient Support functions, managing distribution strategy and customer contracting.
* Experience in metabolic or chronic liver diseases (preferred but not required).
* Strong ability to interpret data trends and translate insights into business strategies and performance improvements.
* Hands-on experience with pre-launch planning and new product commercialization.
* Proven success operating within cross‑functional teams in fast-evolving environments.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills; ability to travel as needed.
