What you'll be doing
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clinical sites, supporting studies from start-up through close-out while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Building strong relationships with investigators and site staff
- Driving data quality, protocol compliance, and study execution
- Supporting patient recruitment and site performance
- Maintaining inspection-ready study documentation
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Operations and study teams
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of clinical research experience
- CRA, Clinical Research Coordinator, or similar clinical operations background
- Independent monitoring experience
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct
- Passion for quality, collaboration, and improving patient outcomes
