Territory Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Interventional MedTech

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic development and expansion of the sales territory, from acquiring new customers to long-term management of existing accounts
- Advising and supporting interventional physicians directly in the clinical environment, including:
- Product and application training
- System demonstrations
- Case and procedure support in the cath lab / angio suite
- Identifying regional growth opportunities and executing targeted initiatives to increase revenue
- Close collaboration with marketing, inside sales, and European colleagues to ensure aligned commercial execution
- Gathering and analysing field and market intelligence, translating insights into actionable territory strategies
Candidate Profile
- Successful MedTech sales experience with full revenue responsibility and a proven track record in territory development
- Experience in the OR or interventional environment
- Ideally a background as a nurse, OR assistant, or within a surgical/interventional setting
- Advantageous: experience with catheters, balloons, stents, or coils, and a solid understanding of anatomy and interventional techniques
- Genuine enthusiasm for working in the angiography suite and engaging directly with physicians
- A balanced combination of commercial drive, technical expertise, and passion for medical technology
- Proactive, adaptable, communicative, and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent German, with good English skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
