About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Territory Manager to join a leading innovator within the Neurovascular medical device market. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies used in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, cerebral aneurysms, and other complex neurovascular conditions.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined territory, developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting procedures within some of London's leading neuroscience and interventional centres. This is a field-based commercial role requiring a combination of strong sales ability, clinical credibility, and the drive to expand market share within a highly specialised area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives and business targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption across existing and prospective accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with Interventional Neuroradiologists, Neurosurgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Stroke Consultants, Cath Lab teams, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Provide clinical and technical support during neurovascular procedures.
  • Deliver product presentations, in-service training, and educational programs to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including account planning, product evaluations, contract discussions, and implementation.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records.
  • Work collaboratively with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, and Leadership teams to maximise territory performance.
  • Support product launches and market development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record within medical device sales and experience working within procedural hospital environments.

Required Experience

  • Medical device sales experience is essential.
  • Experience selling into NHS and private hospital environments.
  • Strong network and understanding of one or more of the following areas:
    • Neurovascular
    • Neurosurgery
    • Interventional Radiology
    • Neurointervention
    • Stroke Care
    • Endovascular Therapies
    • Vascular Intervention
  • Experience supporting complex procedures in operating theatres, angiography suites, cath labs, or hybrid operating rooms.
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior clinical stakeholders.
