Territory Manager Cardiovascular / Vascular - Netherlands

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Territory Manager to join a market-leading medical device organisation within the Vascular and Cardiovascular space. This is a high-impact field-based sales role responsible for driving business growth across East Netherlands, partnering with leading hospitals, cath labs, vascular centres, and interventional teams.
You will play a critical role in developing strategic customer relationships, growing market share, supporting clinical procedures, and becoming a trusted partner to physicians and healthcare professionals. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative technologies that help improve outcomes for patients with cardiovascular and peripheral vascular disease.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales performance and deliver against revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow market share across the region.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Build strong relationships with:
- Interventional Cardiologists
- Vascular Surgeons
- Interventional Radiologists
- Cath Lab Teams
- Procurement Departments
- Hospital Management and Key Decision Makers
- Provide clinical and technical support during procedures where required.
- Deliver product presentations, workshops, and educational meetings.
- Manage product evaluations and conversion projects.
- Develop long-term partnerships with key hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership teams.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial skills with a solid understanding of cardiovascular and vascular procedures.
Essential Experience
- Proven medical device sales experience.
- Experience selling into hospital and procedural environments.
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
- Cardiovascular
- Interventional Cardiology
- Vascular
- Endovascular
- Peripheral Vascular Intervention
- Vascular Surgery
- Interventional Radiology
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong account management and business development experience.
- Experience supporting physicians in procedural settings is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working within Cath Labs, Hybrid Operating Rooms, and Interventional Suites.
