About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of our organization in Austria & Switzerland driving growth and building lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals. What You'll Do

  • Lead market development in Austria & Switzerland for cutting-edge cardiology solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with cardiologists, interventional specialists, and hospital decision-makers.
  • Deliver clinical support and product training, ensuring optimal use of our technologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within cardiology (structural heart, interventional cardiology, CRM, or related therapies).
  • Strong network in hospitals and cardiology departments across West Austria & Switzerland.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
