Are you a driven, strategic thinker with a passion for building meaningful relationships in the biotech and pharmaceutical space? We're looking for a Sales Manager / Specialist to help expand our global footprint and drive business development initiatives. This is a remote position with occasional travel to our offices as we grow internationally.
What You'll Do:
🔹 Sales & Relationship Building
Engage with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to present cutting-edge development services-from pre-clinical to cGMP manufacturing. You'll be instrumental in meeting and exceeding sales targets while fostering long-term partnerships.
🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify key players in the CDMO space and initiate contact through online research and field activities. You'll connect with scientists, researchers, and decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
🔹 Strategic Sales Development
Drive CDMO-focused sales strategies, maintain detailed records of leads and opportunities, and use multi-channel communication to build rapport and schedule meetings for senior leadership.
🔹 Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics to inform strategy and decision-making.
🔹 Presentations & Proposals
Deliver compelling presentations and assist in preparing proposals that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.
🔹 Marketing & Events
Represent the team at conferences and industry events, supporting marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
What You Bring:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Marketing, or Business
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or biotech/biopharma services
✅ Strong preference for candidates with CDMO-focused sales and BD experience
✅ Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical mindset, and a collaborative approach
