Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Saxony
A leading international medical device manufacturer specialising in surgical sutures and collagen-based wound care products is hiring a Sales Representative for Saxony and southern Brandenburg.
Role Overview
You will manage and grow an existing customer base while acquiring new accounts across hospitals and practices. The role involves representing high-quality surgical products, advising clinicians and OR staff, and delivering product training and demonstrations.
Full-time, remote role with high autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the assigned sales territory
- Execution of sales and marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Customer relationship management including KOLs (senior clinicians, OR managers, procurement, practice owners)
- New customer acquisition and product launches
- Product training and in-OR support
- Participation in regional and national congresses
- Sales analysis and CRM documentation
- ~20% administrative work from the home office
Profile
- Proven medical device sales professional with strong drive
- Experience in acute hospitals and operating room environments preferred
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Confident with CRM, MS Office (especially Excel)
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)
- Valid driving licence
- Healthcare background and/or commercial or academic qualification desirable
- Good English skills
