Sales Manager (Medical Aesthetics)

Our client is looking out for a sales manager, that can build, maintain and manage relationships with clinics and aesthetic professionals. Promote and sell products, providing expertise on their features and benefits.

This role involves understanding the needs of clients, negotiating and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends and develop strategies to increase sales. Aesthetics Industry experience is required.

Overall, your goal is to drive sales, foster long term partnerships and achieve revenue targets in the Aesthetic industry.

Location: Singapore

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing all aspects of contracting with responsible territory accounts
  • Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge
  • Achieve objectives defined for each accounts/territory
  • Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with customer and provide feedback to relevant managers on field intelligence
  • Leverage portfolio and increase market share of products
  • Identify new opportunities in the defined accounts for further strategic synergies
  • Provide training and support about the proper use of Sinclair products and advise on the best practice management, through training events
  • Plan field activity based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximize results
  • Define and execute monthly action plan for the assigned accounts
  • Effectively use promotional activities in line with budget
  • Adhere to Company promotional strategy

Your Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree level
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets for 3-6 years in Aesthetic industry
  • Proven sales success is essential
  • Proven track record of working across organizations to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to large customers
  • Demonstrate success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at highest level
  • High level of analytical skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in Aesthetic Pharmaceutical
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proven sales success is essential. Marketing and consulting skills a benefit
  • Demonstrate success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at highest level
