Regional Sales Manager

I'm partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company that's changing how heart failure is managed. Our non-invasive monitoring solution helps reduce hospital readmissions, personalize treatment, and improve patient outcomes. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead commercial growth in your territory, build strong relationships with clinical leaders, and be part of a mission-driven team focused on innovation in heart failure care.

What You'll Do:

  • Own your territory by building lasting partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
  • Present and promote a breakthrough technology to clinical and administrative decision-makers.
  • Drive sales through the full cycle - from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Be in the field with weekly travel for meetings, demos, and product education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Clinical, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Report and track pipeline activity and territory performance using Salesforce.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of sales success in medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare.
  • A strong network of cardiologists, hospital educators, and KOL's.
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and skilled at closing deals.
  • A hunter mentality with a focus on results.
