Product Manager

A global leader in the medical aesthetics device space is seeking a Product Manager to join its Global Strategic Marketing team. This organization is known for delivering innovative technologies and is focused on driving differentiated growth through disciplined product development and commercialization excellence.

This role will serve as the strategic marketing representative on product development teams, partnering cross-functionally from early concept through commercialization. You will leverage customer and market insights to shape product strategy, ensure launch readiness, and drive long-term lifecycle performance across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the marketing lead on product development teams from concept through commercialization
  • Identify unmet customer needs and translate insights into product requirements, value propositions, and business cases
  • Conduct market research to evaluate addressable market size, competitive dynamics, and financial opportunity
  • Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Sales, Operations, and Regional Marketing
  • Develop global go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging, claims, segmentation, pricing, and evidence plans
  • Drive global launch readiness and ensure smooth transition to downstream and regional marketing teams
  • Integrate competitive intelligence and business needs into product and marketing strategies
  • Lead lifecycle management initiatives in collaboration with global stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with downstream product marketing, key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and professional societies

Required Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals (aesthetics, energy-based devices, or plastic surgery highly preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or upstream/downstream marketing within medical devices
  • Hands-on experience across product development, launch execution, and lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support business cases and portfolio decisions
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with global medical device regulatory environments (FDA, CE)
  • Strategic, execution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
