Operational Trainer GMP, Aseptic & Drug Substance
We have a current opportunity for a Operational Trainer in area of GMP, Aseptic, Drug Product on a contract basis. The position will be based in Visp & Basel. For further information about this position please apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning and conducting training courses in the areas of aseptic work, cleanroom behaviour, and GMP.
- Develop practice-oriented training formats - from theory to application in everyday production.
- Create and maintain training materials, training matrices, and qualification documentation.
- Support the on boarding of new employees and promote the development of the existing team.
- Support audits and inspections related to training and qualification.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and other specialist departments.
- Actively contribute to the development and improvement of procedures and processes in the area of aseptic production
Key Requirements:
- Degree in a scientific or technical field or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical production - ideally in sterile filling
- In-depth knowledge of the GMP environment, particularly in the areas of aseptic and Annex 1
- Didactic flair, communicate clearly, and are enthusiastic about sharing knowledge
- Work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy cross-functional collaboration
- Committed to teamwork and open to new opportunities
- Fluent in German and English skills
