Oncology Patient Engagement Liaison (Central & Southeastern U.S.)
EPM Scientific is partnered with a global biotechnology company focused on developing innovative, antibody-based therapies in oncology, seeking a passionate, bilingual nursing professional to support oncology patient engagement and care coordination across the treatment journey.
Location: Remote
Territory: MN, WI, IA, IL, IN, OH, MO, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, GA, FL, PR
Responsibilities:
- Serve as key contact for patients and caregivers, providing ongoing education (disease state, treatment options, available resources) and support across the treatment journey
- Assess patients' individual needs to provide tailored engagement based on stage of care, disease state, and personal circumstances
- Coordinate care with external stakeholders (HCPs, clinical care teams) and internal teams (Patient Access, Reimbursement)
- Proactively conduct patient follow-ups to ensure continuity of care
- Support pharmacovigilance activities and adverse event reporting
- Attend relevant regional and national medical conferences
Skills and Qualifications:
- BSN required; MSN or DNP preferred
- Fluency in Spanish required
- 5+ years of nursing experience in oncology (patient care, nurse navigation, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex clinical information to patients with varying levels of health literacy
- Ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight and weekends)
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $170,000 to $180,000
- 15% annual bonus
