Opportunity Overview
A rapidly growing, commercial-stage biotech company focused in hematology-oncology is expanding and looking to bring on a Director, Marketing & Access Strategy. This is a highly visible, build-from-scratch opportunity to lead market access strategy across multiple commercialized assets, including a product launch in a high-value therapeutic area.
Title: Director, Marketing & Access Strategy
Location: East Windsor, NJ - Hybrid Schedule (4 days/week onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of market access strategies across Commercial, Medicare, and Institutional channels.
- Translate clinical and economic data into compelling payer value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Trade, and Corporate Accounts to align pricing, contracting, and distribution strategies.
- Develop access tools and training for field teams.
- Monitor policy and reimbursement trends to inform strategic planning.
- Support brand planning and HCP marketing initiatives.
- Manage patient support services and access-related vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of pharma/biotech experience, including 5+ years in Market Access.
- Launch experience in branded and/or biosimilar markets strongly preferred.
- Experience in hematology-oncology or rare disease is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
