EPM Scientific is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Director of Forecasting & Analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader with a strong track record of commercial success across every therapeutic area they serve. The team is expanding to meet the growing demands driven by their continued momentum and success in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead forecasting efforts by partnering with senior therapeutic area stakeholders to develop data-driven short- and long-term forecasts across multiple brands.
- Align cross-functional teams by facilitating consensus on forecast assumptions and sales expectations for both existing and upcoming products.
- Deliver strategic insights by identifying commercial risks and opportunities, analyzing market dynamics, and integrating cross-product and cross-functional perspectives.
- Apply advanced analytics such as scenario planning and simulation modeling to quantify uncertainty and enhance forecast accuracy using diverse healthcare data sources.
- Communicate effectively through clear, insight-driven presentations and collaborate across analytics teams to streamline forecasting processes and support strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in forecasting/analytics in the biopharma industry
- People management experience
- Ability to quickly establish credibility with and influence SVP/VP level staff
- Promote best practices and introduce innovative tools and methods across teams.
- Understand market dynamics and business context in key therapeutic areas.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality forecasts that guide strategy and execution.
- Communicate clearly, explaining complex or sensitive findings to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
