EPM Scientific is proud to be collaborating with a top-tier global biotech company at the forefront of Oncology innovation. They are urgently looking to appoint a Clinical Research Physician (Director or Senior Director level) to strengthen their Clinical Development leadership team.

🔍 Role Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and global execution of Oncology clinical trials, ensuring strategic alignment with regulatory and corporate objectives.
- Serve as the medical monitor, safeguarding patient safety, data quality, and adherence to GCP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including investigators, KOLs, and regulatory authorities across Europe, the U.S., and beyond.
- Represent the company at scientific forums, conferences, and advisory boards, while staying abreast of the latest research developments.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
✅ Candidate Profile
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Oncology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a strong focus on Oncology.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical trial execution and regulatory filings (e.g., IND, NDA, BLA).
- Deep understanding of Oncology pathophysiology and therapeutic strategies.
- Experience working with biologics, small molecules, or emerging treatment modalities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Solid grasp of international regulatory environments.
