Job Responsibilities
- Develop a strong command of the scientific and commercial offerings across the organization's core service lines, including preclinical research, biologics development, and CDMO services.
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective clients across biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Drive the full business development cycle: opportunity discovery, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, scientific seminars, and trade shows to expand brand visibility and build a strong industry presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Program Management, and Leadership teams to position the company competitively and meet strategic growth goals.
- Provide customer insights and market trends to internal teams to help refine service offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
- Hands on Scientists with a Post Doc background that is interested in being a subject matter expert to help win pharma and biotech clients.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology or life sciences required.
- Experience with hands on mouse modeling.
- Experience with hands on in-vivo and in-vitro studies.
- Strong communication and commercial acumen.
- Must have a vehicle and reliable transportation.
- Must be a permanent resident of the U.S.
