• Drive cost-reduction programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
• Translate category strategies into actionable supplier optimisation plans, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation
• Manage tenders and supplier negotiations using a data-driven, fact-based approach to ensure transparency and consistency
• Partner with internal stakeholders - including procurement, finance, and operations align sourcing activities with broader business needs
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Support digitisation and process improvement initiatives within the sourcing function
• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at both regional and group levels
