Role Overview

My client is seeking a Strategic Alliances Lead to build and maintain partnerships with thought leaders, patient advocacy organizations, and academic institutions. This individual will support strategic engagement initiatives across neurology-focused therapeutic areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help advance educational, awareness, and stakeholder engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy organizations, and academic institutions.
  • Represent the organization at advocacy events, conferences, and forums to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with academic centers and support educational resources and opportunities for emerging healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitate partnerships that align with organizational objectives and expand the impact of therapeutic area programs.
  • Provide strategic guidance, insights, and tools to field-based teams.
  • Collaborate with training, marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and operations teams to support program execution and measurement.
  • Assist with product launch activities and ongoing portfolio promotion efforts.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience building relationships with KOLs
  • Experience in alliance management, advocacy relations, or field-based sales and leadership roles.
  • Experience within neurology-related therapeutic areas preferred.
