A global manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to support a complex multi-site manufacturing transformation environment.

This role is suited to a consultant who can operate above individual SAP modules and understand how the wider manufacturing technology landscape connects together. You will provide oversight across SAP and adjacent manufacturing solutions, ensuring business processes, system integrations and operational requirements remain aligned throughout programme delivery.

The position requires someone who can bridge business, technology and delivery teams, providing a holistic view of manufacturing-site processes while helping coordinate solution design and integration activities across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide integration leadership across SAP and manufacturing-site technology solutions.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, implementation partners and technology teams.
  • Develop a clear understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and how they interact across systems.
  • Support integration strategy, design discussions and solution governance activities.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solution delivery.
  • Identify integration risks, dependencies and process impacts across multiple workstreams.
  • Support site deployment and transformation initiatives across global manufacturing locations.
  • Facilitate communication between functional teams, technical teams and external delivery partners.
  • Provide guidance on process harmonisation and template adoption across manufacturing sites.
  • Contribute to testing, deployment planning, cutover preparation and post-go-live support activities where required.

Requirements

  • Strong SAP experience with broad exposure across multiple business processes and functional areas.
  • Ability to understand and connect end-to-end manufacturing-site processes.
  • Experience operating in complex environments involving multiple systems, stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of SAP integrations and cross-functional process dependencies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes, rollouts or multi-site deployments.
  • Able to work credibly with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfortable working across geographically distributed teams and time zones.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Desirable Experience

  • Manufacturing, industrial, life sciences, medical device or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience working with external systems integrated with SAP, including manufacturing, warehouse, quality or maintenance platforms.
  • Experience supporting global template deployments and standardisation initiatives.
  • Previous experience working alongside systems integrators and external implementation partners.
