Regulatory Affairs Manager | Medical Devices

Join a global medical device organization where you'll play a critical role in shaping regulatory strategy for a diverse product portfolio and driving successful market access across international markets. Working cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Operations, and Quality teams, you'll lead complex regulatory initiatives, support business growth, and ensure compliance with evolving global regulatory requirements.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced regulatory professional who can influence strategy, partner with regulatory authorities, guide critical product and operational changes, support acquisitions and integrations, and drive continuous improvement across regulatory processes.

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience within the medical device industry
• Deep expertise in global medical device regulations, submissions, and quality system requirements (including ISO 13485 and Design Controls)
• Proven ability to develop and execute regulatory strategies across product lifecycle activities
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Studies, or a related technical discipline
