Product Manager, Genomics & Molecular Diagnostics
Location: UK (Hybrid)
An innovative organisation within the genomics and molecular diagnostics space is looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to support the growth and development of a cutting-edge NGS portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of science, product strategy, and commercial execution, working closely with both R&D and commercial teams to bring new products to market and drive adoption across clinical, research, and pharmaceutical customers.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Genomics, Genetics, or a related life science discipline
- Commercial experience in life sciences, diagnostics, genomics, or molecular biology
- Strong understanding of NGS technologies and their clinical applications
- Experience collaborating with both scientific/R&D teams and customer-facing commercial functions
- Ability to gather customer insights and translate them into product strategy
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of market dynamics, product positioning, and growth opportunities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally when required

- Laboratory experience with NGS technologies
- Experience supporting commercial growth within diagnostics or clinical genomics markets
