Location: Houston, TX Territory (South Texas, Louisiana & Arkansas)
EPM Scientific is partnered with a leading healthcare equipment services organization seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across its Imaging & Biomedical Solutions business. This individual will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and helping healthcare facilities maximize the performance and lifespan of critical medical equipment.
This is a consultative, field-based sales role focused on driving new business and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a motivated hunter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue within an assigned territory through new business development and account expansion.
- Prospect and close new opportunities with hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.
- Sell diagnostic imaging, biomedical service, equipment repair, and maintenance solutions.
- Partner with internal sales and service teams to identify and develop customer opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships and position value-added solutions that improve equipment performance and reduce costs.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Convert competitive accounts and expand business within existing customers.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and territory priorities.
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
Required Background
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, medical sales, or healthcare-related sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Experience managing a sales territory and pipeline.
- Medical device, healthcare services, diagnostic imaging, or biomedical sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 50% travel throughout the territory.
- Valid driver's license required.
