A highly innovative biopharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to support the progression of a growing oncology portfolio.
This is a highly visible role at the intersection of science, development, and strategy, responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring key programmes advance efficiently through critical development milestones.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will coordinate activities spanning CMC, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, Translational Science, and other R&D functions, helping to ensure timely execution against programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project planning and execution across oncology development programmes
- Coordinate activities between CMC, Regulatory, Clinical, Translational Research, and external partners
- Drive project governance, timelines, milestones, and risk management activities
- Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Monitor programme progress and proactively identify and resolve challenges
- Support strategic decision-making through project tracking, reporting, and analysis
Requirements
- Experience in project management within a biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or pharmaceutical environment
- Strong understanding of drug development processes
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across R&D functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
