A rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sales Director - Neurology/MS to lead and develop a high-performing sales team across the Western United States. This individual will be responsible for driving commercial performance across a portfolio of neurology and multiple sclerosis therapies while coaching, developing, and inspiring a team of field-based sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Neurology/MS sales team.
  • Conduct regular field coaching and ride-along visits with direct reports.
  • Drive achievement of regional and national sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance to identify areas for expansion.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Patient Services, and Commercial Operations teams.
  • Support future product launches and commercialization initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to senior leadership.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.
  • Prior sales leadership experience required.
  • Neurology and/or Multiple Sclerosis commercial experience required.
  • Rare disease, specialty pharmaceutical, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing field sales teams.
  • Experience working with specialty pharmacy distribution and patient support programs.
  • Strong business planning, coaching, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% throughout the Western United States.
