Manufacturing Supervisor

We are currently partnering with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team in Valais, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career with one of the most innovative CDMOs worldwide.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and coordinating production campaigns in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Participating in project planning and engineering phases to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Supervising and supporting production activities, including troubleshooting and addressing deviations.
• Preparing and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Training operators on equipment and production-specific processes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, KAIZEN) while ensuring safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Completed technical education or degree (apprenticeship, advanced certification, Bachelor's or Master's).
• Experience in chemical, biotechnological, or food production; GMP experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and strong affinity for digital systems.
• Excellent German skills (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to provide on-call support as needed.
