Location: King of Prussia, PA (3 days a week onsite)
A leading biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a Manager, Biostatistics to support statistical activities across clinical development and post-marketing research programs. This Biostatistics leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to design studies, analyze clinical data, and provide statistical insights that support key development decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform statistical analyses to support clinical development and research objectives.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, statistical programmers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to clinical study design, protocol development, and the creation of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
- Analyze data from clinical trials, observational studies, and real-world data sources to support evidence generation initiatives.
- Partner closely with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Data Management, and external vendors/CROs.
- Support innovative statistical approaches and contribute to scientific publications, presentations, and external conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline; Master's degree candidates with relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience will also be considered.
- Experience supporting the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical trials and healthcare-related datasets.
- Strong statistical programming skills using R and/or SAS.
- Understanding of clinical development processes and statistical methodologies used in drug development.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidance and industry standards.
