Role Overview

A rapidly growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a dedicated Immunology Sales Specialist to cover their Boston territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual goals within territory
• Partner with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and payer-facing stakeholders to overcome access challenges and facilitate successful patient onboarding
• Educate nephrology, rheumatology, and rare disease HCPs on clinical, economic, and product data
• Develop and execute territory business plans; analyze performance and identify growth opportunities

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Previous experience in Rare Disease, Nephrology, or Rheumatology preferred
• Established relationships throughout Boston
• Strong communication, presentation, and clinical/scientific selling skills
• Proven ability to manage a territory, prioritize work, and drive results independently
