Account Supervisor - Market Access (West Coast)

Our client is seeking an Account Supervisor to join a growing healthcare agency team supporting pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. This individual will serve as a key client partner, leading day-to-day account activities, driving project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic marketing and communications initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong client service skills with healthcare agency experience and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts and build lasting client relationships.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications projects.
  • Partner with internal creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support brand initiatives and provide proactive recommendations to address client needs.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, status reporting, and overall account performance.
  • Manage content review and approval processes within regulated healthcare environments.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and support broader business initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in a healthcare communications, pharmaceutical advertising, market access, or related agency environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in Market Access
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical brands and client-facing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with promotional review processes and project management platforms.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to market access, patient support, or reimbursement-focused programs.
  • Oncology experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing project budgets and scopes of work.
  • Prior mentorship or informal team leadership experience.

Candidates must be located in California or Oregon.
