Senior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, managing day-to-day account leadership and long-term planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for organic growth.
• Guide teams through high-priority projects, product launches, and evolving client needs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience working within a healthcare, medical communications, or market access agency environment.
• Strong managed markets, market access, payer, or patient support services experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration.
• Demonstrated success leading teams through complex programs, launches, and periods of increased workload.
