EPM Scientific is partnered with a growing global biopharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to support its neurology portfolio, including an innovative first-in-class therapy for neurogenerative disease.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare providers across the territory
• Facilitate scientific exchange and communicate clinical and real-world data, disease-state education, and emerging research
• Gather field insights to inform U.S. medical strategy, evidence generation, and medical education initiatives
• Support regional and national congress activities and advisory boards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams on strategic initiatives
• Support investigator-initiated studies, company-sponsored trials, and real-world evidence research
• Travel up to 60%

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or equivalent terminal degree
• 2+ years of Medical Affairs experience (Sr MSL: 4+ years)
• Demonstrated expertise in neurology, neuroscience, or other complex disease states
• Strong scientific communication skills with the ability to credibly engage healthcare providers and thought leaders

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $145,000-$220,000
• Annual target bonus and RSU-based long-term incentive package
