Location: Boston, MA (preferred) or US Remote
EPM Scientific is partnering with a mission-driven global biopharma advancing cutting-edge oncology therapies for high unmet needs, seeking an experienced Medical Affairs executive to lead the organization's hematologic malignancies portfolio - owning US and Global strategy, translating complex data into actionable medical plans, and managing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute US/Global Medical Affairs strategic plans, ensuring alignment with clinical and commercial priorities
- Serve as the enterprise medical and scientific authority on hematologic malignancies for Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, research groups, and medical societies across the oncology landscape
- Lead advisory boards and represent the organization at major national and international congresses
- Identify evidence gaps and support clinical and RWE studies, translating complex data into meaningful insights for HCPs, payers, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee medical education, scientific communications, and promotional review to ensure compliance and scientific accuracy
- Partner with Field Medical leadership on engagement strategy and scientific training
- Partner with Pharmacovigilance on safety monitoring
Required Skills
- MD, DO, PhD, or PharmD required; MD/DO with board eligibility in Medical Oncology or Hematology strongly preferred
- 10+ years of biopharma experience in Medical Affairs; 5+ years of strategic leadership
- Expertise in hematologic malignancies including AML, MDS, and ALL
- Experience managing Medical Affairs teams and leading in a cross-functional matrix
- Travel up to 60%

- Base salary of $300K-$350K
