Senior Director, Advanced Analytics

EPM is partnered with a growing, innovative biopharma on the search for a Senior Director, Advanced Analytics. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the organization's analytics strategy, serving as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Working closely with commercial leaders, software developers, and IT partners, they will translate complex data into actionable insights and scalable business solutions that drive measurable impact across the organization. This opportunity is based in either Philly, PA or Boston, MA 3 days/week onsite.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Serve as the strategic link between analytics, technology, and business functions
• Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to design and implement scalable data-driven solutions
• Shape and execute the organization's advanced analytics roadmap
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial and operational decision-making
• Help evolve the company's analytics capabilities into a strategic competitive advantage

Required experience:

• 12+ years of experience within advanced analytics, business analytics, data strategy, consulting, or related functions
• Experience partnering closely with both business stakeholders and technical development teams
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, healthcare consulting, or adjacent industries preferred
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in a fast-moving environment
