An emerging generics pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations to lead pricing, contract management, and gross-to-net activities across its expanding U.S. business. This role will also support key commercial operations functions including supply chain planning, inventory management, customer contracting, and new product launches. Backed by a globally established manufacturing powerhouse, this pharmaceutical organization supports the development of a wide portfolio, continuing to expand their US efforts after 4 years of successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial pricing strategy, contract administration, chargebacks, and gross-to-net management.
- Manage contracts and relationships with wholesalers, distributors, GPOs, and key customers.
- Analyze pricing performance, rebates, fees, and contract terms to optimize profitability and support business growth.
- Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations to ensure product availability.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on forecasting, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
- Support launch planning and execution for new products across retail and institutional channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably within generics, focused in pricing and/or contract evaluation.
- Deep expertise in pricing, contract management, chargebacks, and gross-to-net.
- Experience working with wholesalers, distributors, GPOs, and customer agreements.
- Exposure to inventory management, supply chain, demand planning, and commercial operations.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to operate in a highly visible, hands-on environment.
