Senior Clinical Project Manager

EPM Scientific are currently partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Switzerland, who are seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join their Research & Development team. See a short summary below:

Contract Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of global Phase 1-4 GCP clinical trials.
• Provide strategic input into clinical development programs and lead protocol development.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with regulatory and GCP standards.
• Manage clinical trial documentation, including study reports, CTDs, and expert statements.
• Monitor study budgets, timelines, and vendor performance.
• Represent the company in meetings with Competent Authorities and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to scientific publications and present at international congresses.
• Stay current with clinical research trends through literature review and professional development.

Requirements:

• PhD or MD with 10+ years of experience in clinical research (8+ for CPM, 13+ for Senior CPM).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex clinical trials and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in coagulation and/or critical care is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
