About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Representative to join our growing medical device team in Southern Germany. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for healthcare innovation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets while building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a portfolio of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic territory plans.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clinical staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on sales performance.

Your Profile

  • Degree in life sciences, healthcare, or business-related field.
  • Proven experience in medical device sales or healthcare-related commercial roles.
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and hospital procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Southern Germany.
