Project Manager - X-Ray Systems

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of X-ray imaging projects across hospitals and healthcare facilities. This role will oversee installations from contract award through to customer acceptance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end X-ray equipment installation projects.
• Coordinate customers, engineers, applications specialists, logistics, and third-party contractors.
• Develop project timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure site readiness and oversee installation, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and project performance.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular project updates and manage escalations where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience within Medical Imaging, Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, or Capital Equipment.
• Experience managing equipment installations within healthcare environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
