Overview

We are partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking a Production Specialist (m/f/d) to support manufacturing and packaging operations within a GMP-regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmaceutical professional who enjoys working closely with production teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and compliant manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
  • Support production-related quality activities, including deviations, investigations, and documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze production KPIs to support operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and packaging processes.
  • Deliver training and support to production employees.
  • Identify and manage factors impacting production efficiency, quality, and output.
  • Create, review, and update GMP documentation, including SOPs, manufacturing records, and quality documentation.
  • Manage and follow up on CAPAs related to production activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on validation and qualification projects.
  • Support compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Knowledge of GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of working.
  • High level of quality awareness, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a shift system.
