Overview
We are partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking a Production Specialist (m/f/d) to support manufacturing and packaging operations within a GMP-regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmaceutical professional who enjoys working closely with production teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and compliant manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Support production-related quality activities, including deviations, investigations, and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs to support operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Deliver training and support to production employees.
- Identify and manage factors impacting production efficiency, quality, and output.
- Create, review, and update GMP documentation, including SOPs, manufacturing records, and quality documentation.
- Manage and follow up on CAPAs related to production activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on validation and qualification projects.
- Support compliance with GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of working.
- High level of quality awareness, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a shift system.
