Exciting opportunity to join a well-known, established medical communications agency! Our long-term client is looking for someone with 1+ years of experience to join their promotional med ed/medical affairs team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scientifically accurate content across a range of medical communications deliverables, including slide presentations, scientific publications, training materials, digital content, and educational resources.
• Interpret project briefs and translate scientific data into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate communications.
• Incorporate client and reviewer feedback effectively while maintaining scientific integrity and messaging consistency.
• Partner with internal account, creative, and scientific teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Participate in client interactions, scientific discussions, and project planning meetings as needed.
• Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and background research to support content development.
• Maintain current knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas, clinical research developments, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• PhD Required.
• 1+ years of experience within a medical communications, medical education, or healthcare communications environment.
• Strong scientific writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and communication channels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
