We are partnering with a leading global healthcare company to recruit a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the pre-launch phase of an innovative therapy, supporting regulatory submission and market readiness.

The Opportunity

As an MSL, you'll be part of a collaborative Medical Affairs team, acting as a field-based scientific expert. You'll engage with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure the medical community is equipped with the latest data and insights. Your work will directly support informed clinical decisions and improved patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) and healthcare professionals across Switzerland.
  • Provide scientific and medical education aligned with local regulations and codes of practice.
  • Support the development and execution of the local medical strategy.
  • Contribute to advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific symposia.
  • Deliver impactful scientific presentations and respond to medical inquiries.
  • Monitor and share relevant clinical and scientific developments internally.
  • Support clinical trial activities and investigator-initiated research.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, market access, and training teams.
  • Represent the company at key medical congresses and events.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Degree in life sciences (e.g., medicine, pharmacy); a medical degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an MSL in Switzerland, with a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape.
  • Therapeutic area experience is highly desirable. Oncology or intensive care backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Pre-launch experience is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of the Swiss Code of Practice.
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and scientific communication capabilities.
