Hematology Account Manager - Washington & Alaska (Contract)

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months
Compensation: $90-$110/hour + bonus
Additional Compensation: Monthly car allowance provided

Position Overview

The Hematology Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with hematologists, oncologists, and key accounts to educate them on the product, drive adoption, and help appropriate patients gain access to therapy. This individual will develop and execute territory business plans, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners to address clinical and reimbursement barriers. This is a highly entrepreneurial, launch-focused opportunity requiring someone who can operate independently, think strategically, and deliver results across both academic and community settings.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Specialty pharmacy sales experience required
• Demonstrated track record of sales success
• Strong business acumen and strategic account management skills, with the ability to drive results across a large geographic territory
• Entrepreneurial, patient-focused professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
