Executive Director - Head of Clinical Data Management

EPM Scientific are working with a leading firm who are seeking a Executive Director to join their team. Reporting into the SVP of Biometrics, this is the senior-most Clinical Data Management leader within the organization. You'll own the CDM strategy, lead and develop the team, and serve as a key partner to executive leadership as the company advances late-stage programs toward important clinical and regulatory milestones.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and grow the Clinical Data Management function
• Set the overall data strategy across the clinical portfolio
• Oversee all Data Management activities from study startup through database lock
• Shape the operating model across outsourced, hybrid, and in-house delivery approaches
• Drive CRO oversight, vendor management, and inspection readiness
• Build scalable processes, standards, and best practices across the department
• Partner closely with Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and executive leadership
• Serve as a key contributor to company strategy and organizational growth

What They're Looking For

• 12+ years of Clinical Data Management leadership experience in biotech or pharma
• Experience leading teams and building high-performing organizations
• Strong background supporting regulatory submissions and approvals
• Deep understanding of outsourced and in-house operating models
• Experience with EDC and modern clinical data technologies
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence
• Someone who can balance strategy with execution and is excited to build

Compensation: $303K - $330K base + bonus + equity.
