Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 8 direct reports across Insights, Analytics, and Forecasting to deliver strategic business solutions.
• Leverage Commercial Analytics to provide critical insights and strategies that influence key business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide company operations and support ambitious growth plans in a competitive biotechnology market.
