About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Process Development Engineer to join our team in Galway on a 12-month full-time contract. This role is focused on developing and validating electrical manufacturing processes for advanced medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise electrical processes for medical device manufacturing.
• Conduct electrical testing and support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Analyse process data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and regulatory documentation.
• Perform EPROM testing and ensure robust integration into device workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with electrical testing, automation, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW, or other test development tools.
• Strong understanding of EPROMs and EPROM testing methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering and manufacturing functions.
• Familiarity with medical device regulations and validation protocols (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
