$190,000 - $220,000 Base + Bonus + Equity

As they continue investing heavily in clinical development capabilities, they are seeking a strategic leader to head their RTSM function.
Responsibilities
- Lead RTSM and IRT strategy across Phase I-IV global clinical studies, ensuring efficient randomization and investigational product supply management.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors to deliver seamless trial execution.
- Oversee risk management, forecasting, and contingency planning related to trial supply and patient randomization activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including RTSM governance, KPIs, performance metrics, and operational efficiencies.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while managing key vendor relationships and escalations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of RTSM, IRT, clinical supply chain, or related clinical systems experience within pharma or CRO environments.
- Proven experience supporting global clinical trials across multiple phases with responsibility for randomization and trial supply strategies.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, blinding methodologies, investigational product management, and GxP requirements.
- Experience overseeing RTSM vendors, system implementations, validation activities, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving operational excellence initiatives.
