Construction Manager

Working within a multidisciplinary project organisation, you will be responsible for leading construction activities through execution and handover to Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q). The role will require close coordination with Engineering, Construction, CQV, QA, Technical Operations and Project Controls teams to ensure safe and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities from pre-construction through to C&Q handover.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and overall site execution.
• Drive project delivery against safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives.
• Support construction execution planning, constructability reviews and turnover strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, GMP requirements and site safety standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in Construction Management on large capital projects.
• Strong background within pharmaceutical, biotech or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering GMP facilities, ideally including sterile, aseptic or fill-finish processes.
• Good understanding of commissioning, qualification and project handover activities.
• Knowledge of clean utilities, black utilities and facility infrastructure systems.
• Experience with Primavera P6, BIM 360 or similar project delivery tools would be beneficial.
