Commercial Manager

Our client is a dynamic life sciences company that is looking for a Commercial Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. We're looking for a resourceful and adaptable leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors and channel partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities across geographies, channels, and market segments.
  • Oversee core office operations including customer service, inventory, order fulfillment, and team management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Support marketing initiatives including product launches, campaigns, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or business development, ideally within the molecular biology, diagnostics or life science area.
  • Proven success in distributor/channel sales and international market development.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
